✅ We recommend comfortable shoes (especially for climbing the Dune du Pilat), sunglasses, sunscreen, water (we offer complimentary bottles but water is life) and clothes adapted on the season. You can also bring your own food if you want to picnic.

✅ Yes of course! Our guide speaks fluent English.

❓ Are audioguides included?

✅ Yes! The guide speaks english and french but we provide audioguides in English, Spanish, German and Italian during the ride, so you can learn about the region’s history and culture in your own language.

✅ You will need to prepay for your tour to confirm your booking, but there's free cancelation!

❓ What if I need to cancel?

✅ No worries! We offer a free cancellation policy up to 24 hours before the tour. Just let us know as soon as possible.

❓ What happens if it rains?

✅ The tour runs rain or shine! We adapt the itinerary if needed in case of bad weather. However, if there is a weather warning or forecast is really too bad, your guide will cancel the tour and offer you rescheduling options. Fingers crossed!

❓ Are the tours suitable for kids and elderly travelers?

✅ Yes! The tours are flexible and can be adapted for all ages. However tours are really not adapted to strollers and wheelchairs. Let us know in advance so we can discuss any special needs you may have.
